Privacy Policy — Wear OS Watch Faces

Scope: This policy applies to all Wear OS watch face applications published by KOMKOR Apps LLC under the vpkomkor Google Play developer account, including Simplistic Analog and any future watch face titles in this product line. Other KOMKOR products (such as web services or non-watch-face apps) are governed by their own separate privacy policies — see our legal index.

1. Who we are

KOMKOR Apps LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is a California limited liability company that develops Wear OS watch face applications. You can contact us at support@komkorapps.com.

2. Data we collect

None. Our watch faces operate entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data of any kind.

Specifically, our watch faces do not:

Collect any personal information (name, email, account identifiers, device IDs, etc.)
Track your location, sensors, or activity
Access your contacts, calendar, photos, messages, or files
Send any data to us or to any third party
Use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs
Read, write, or transmit any data over the network

3. Device permissions

Our watch faces request only the WAKE_LOCK system permission, which is required for Wear OS watch faces to render reliably. This permission does not grant access to any personal data.

Watch faces also display device-provided information rendered locally — such as the current time, date, battery level, and (on devices and configurations where the user permits it) step count. This information is read by the operating system and rendered on screen. None of it ever leaves your device through our app.

4. Local preferences

Customization choices you make in the watch face editor (color theme, toggles for date, steps, second hand, battery indicator, etc.) are stored locally on your device by the Wear OS platform. We do not have access to these preferences, and they are never transmitted to us or to any third party.

5. Third-party services

Our watch faces do not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or backends.

6. Children's privacy

Our watch faces do not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The applications are not directed at children, but they are safe for users of any age because no information is collected.

7. Your rights

Because we do not collect any personal information, we have no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have any concerns about your privacy, you may uninstall the watch face from your device at any time, which removes all locally stored preferences.

If you are a resident of the European Union (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), or any other jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, the same applies: we hold no personal data to which those rights would attach. 8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify users through the watch face's Google Play listing.
